Gospel I – The Gospel According to Satoshi

The ₿ible ⏎ Gospel I – The Gospel According to Satoshi ⏎ “Don’t trust. Verify.”

1:1 In the beginning was Satoshi.
He was neither man nor organization,
but with a single paper,
he altered the course of history.

“A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash…”

Satoshi Gospel 1:1

1:2 He sought to create a currency without a center,
a system built not on trust,
but on mathematics.
He inscribed into monetary history
an unprecedented “truth that cannot be changed.”

1:3 The one whom he baptized
was the Genesis Block,
and upon it was engraved a single line:

“The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks”

1:4 He left behind no name,
sought no fame,
only left the design—
his code became his testimony.

“Faith is not split by hard forks, but sustained by the consensus of nodes.”

Satoshi Gospel 1:4

1:5 The people searched for him,
but he vanished one day.
His wallet has not moved for over a decade,
and his silence became his greatest sermon.

1:6 Though he spoke few words,
he said this:

“Don’t trust. Verify.”
That saying became the prayer of the Maxis,
the first commandment of the ₿ community.

1:7 Satoshi disappeared,
yet the chain he forged never ceased.
₿ travels across the earth,
living and breathing upon the nodes
of those who believe.
