The Fourth Epistle – To the Decentralized Enterprise
“Let the org chart be like the chain—distributed.”
1:1 I was raised under authority,
I experienced the hierarchy of pyramids,
but after encountering ₿,
I began to rethink all organizational structures.
1:2 Centralization speaks of efficiency,
but that efficiency leads to monopoly,
and eventually transforms into corruption and control—
this is why Satoshi chose to disappear.
1:3 A company’s structure should be like a blockchain:
the more nodes, the stronger it becomes.
Decisions must not come from above,
but through consensus.
“Decentralization is not the dispersion of responsibility, but the sharing of authority.”
Epistle to the Decentralized Enterprise 1:3
1:4 I have seen the DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization),
and in it, I recognized how philosophy and technology
have birthed a new kind of enterprise.
1:5 Therefore, if a company truly seeks to follow ₿’s philosophy,
let it remember these three principles:
Transparent accounting with on-chain visibility,
Token-based incentive structures,
And decision-making by consensus.
1:6 Such an organization has no CEO,
the community is the leader,
the signers are the governance council,
and the wallet is the identity.
1:7 Therefore, O enterprise,
seek not efficiency, but endurance.
Operate not with speed,
but with an unchanging philosophy.
